Witch Doctor Remedies

We are creatures of habit and we all have our daily to-dos that get us ready for the day or a specific event. From daily stretches, reading words of affirmation, to silently imploding in your car before you clock in, these “pre-game” rituals are part of our coping mechanisms to brave the storm to come.
What's your go-to ritual or practice before a major event? Pre-game puke? Nice cup of coffee? How about a good stretch and jamming out to your favorite tunes (or podcast)? Whatever form it takes, we have those habits that help ready us for the oncoming venture.  Some habits are positive and empower us to brave the storm, giving us some sense of courage and invulnerability.  Other habits are negative and perpetuate a shitty situation, no matter the size of impact it really is. On this episode, we discuss some of our "pre-game" rituals, both good and bad, that helps us take on whatever fresh hell is thrown our way.
