Many of us have dreamed of working on planes or flying one.  For many, the road to such is at best foggy.  However, there are many programs out there that can help you realize your dream.  If you have the dedication, you can achieve anything. In this episode, we’ll share with you some ways to make your dream that much closer to you!

Today we are joined with Tim Kirschbaum, co-founder of and director of airline engagement for RTAG. RTAG is the largest charity of its kind in the world. RTAG helps all veterans, regardless of experience, jumpstart their post military career in the world of aviation. RTAG also helps its corporate partners get direct access to pilots, maintainers, technicians, dispatchers and more.

Tim shares with us some of his experiences as a pilot and lends some information how aspiring veterans can gain access into aviation careers. Some programs are either never mentioned or so glossed over, most veterans don't know how to fully utilize the program. For more information about some of the programs being offered, visit www.rtag.org or @RTAG Nation on Facebook.
